I bought a bike here in July and got into an accident in August. I went in the shop on the 11th August, and up until now, I am still waiting for my bike to be repaired. How can you sell bikes without good and timely servicing capacity? I personally think this is unacceptable. It is a shame having an Vespa dealership that cannot provide good service.

I recently bought a Vespa from them and my experience was truly amazing. Dan accommodated all my needs and helped me in every possible way. I called the store inquiring about a specific model and by the next week they had my Vespa ready for me! He was also very quick at getting back to me with all my questions. When I went to pick up my Vespa he took time to run me through how everything worked and thoroughly explained all the features. Thank you Dan for making my Vespa dream come true!

Even though the Vespas is a good brand... it all comes down to the person managing the business... i paid all in cash..Dan was a very different person before the Sale and a completely different person after the moeny was in his bank.....delivery was late around 4 days...even then i said nothing..however when i was 8 minutes late on the pickup date ..he said U WERE late i have to go you cant do a test run....now..wont recommend this place...STAY AWAY

Had a warranty issue needing a part replacement, took a long time due to lockdown but both Michael from Vespa NZ and Dan and his colleague Jarred from Vespa Auckland came thru in the end - super happy with their handling of it all and following up until satisfactory resolution.
