My experience at E-Mega Store deserves 5 stars. From the welcome smile I received at the door, to the knowledge of the e bikes, even to knowing what bike would suit me best.The lady staff member who served me was a delight. The help I was given at the counter was extremely good, professional and a good sense of humour.I would recommend anyone thinking of buying an E bike to go to E - Mega Store.

I'm traveling through ChCh and had a problem with power supply switch on my e bike, called in to see if E Mega could have a quick look to diagnose problem having limited time they agreed to have a look, I had 4 hours to spare. Dave the mechanic phoned me 1.5 hours later to say he may have found the problem, new switch. I agreed and an hour later all fixed, nice price and super friendly professional service from Dave and his boss. This is an amazing/awesome bike shop and they have an amazing showroom, Thank you both so much for helping me out, had a good ride this afternoon in Kaikoira, hope you both enjoy/enjoyed the coffee.

When you sell fantastic things, it is simple to run a successful business. When things don't go as planned, it's far more difficult to be an excellent business. I have to say that my experience here has been nothing short of spectacular. I just purchased an item from a reputable brand that had problems. The people at E-Mega Store were really kind and eager to assist me right away. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and that I felt appreciated as a customer. Needless to say, this is the place where I will shop for electric scooters or bikes in the future.

Absolutely useless, woudlnt even give them a 1 star, purchased a scooter. Has fallen apart with 7 months of using it. multiple issues, all accruing a different times. not one has been covered under there warranty. none of the common" faults was mentioned at all prior to purchase. just want to take your money. highly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone"

Purchased the Inokim Pouch today, even though they had no stock remaining in their store, they were able to quickly order another one domestically. I only had to put down a deposit to confirm the order which was a plus. Nice and fast customer service which is something I can always appreciate.5 stars for sure, would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone else!
