Not impressed I am afraid. Arranged for Craig to come and quote on some earthquake damage to my ceilings. EQC wanted a detailed quote. He did give me a quote with just the amount, this was not enough for EQC. I emailed asking for more detail. Heard nothing, then Christmas came and went and still heard nothing. So in February, I emailed again, and his wife replied. The up shot of the conversation was that he couldn't be bothered to waste his time providing more detail as he was busy, And in her words if EQC want a more detailed quote
