Bargain Chemist Northwood

Well, the farmacy itself is huge, nothing to say about it. Prices are good as well. The staff I talk to was nice and polite.

Avoid. Their online store took my money and ran three weeks ago; and their bricks & mortar stores deny all accountability for their online sales. My bank statement reads Bargain Chemist Northwood" but I have nothing to show for it as my order has not even been dispatched.They're virtually uncontactable by phone as they blocked mobile numbers from their 0800 number

I have ordered from them twice online, and both times they have given an item short. even after contacting them to send me the item i have paid for, you have to keep following up to get them to send you the right stuff. please can someone look into who packs your online orders and double check that they have been fulfilled correctly! this is the last time I will be ordering from them online.

Terrible customer service not even a smile or a welcome when entering store. I was the only person in the store except for the staff. It really upsets me when it I get bad customer service as it only takes a smile and a hello or good morning, for shame.

This is a huge pharmacy. The biggest I have seen in my travels. It is like a small supermarket. The dispensary is right down the far end. This caters for large numbers of people not very quickly and not very easily.The service was not good at the pharmacy because they made assumptions on what i needed going against what was prescribed by my doctor.Located where you can always get a car park

Absolutely ridiculous the staff at the prescription area just stand around talking when there is a dozen people waiting and they could clearly see it. There should be one drop off line and one pick up line so that there is not such a hold up. There was only 3 people picking up in front of me and it took half an hour just to hand them a prescription so I could leave and come back later. I will NEVER be using bargain chemist EVER AGAIN!!

Never met such rude people. I Went in and was asked to sit and wait to see the pharmacist. After waiting for a while a went back up and the lady who had been curt to begin with told me she hadn’t forgotten I was there in a sarcastic tone. I said I know but I have to be back home for when my child care finishes so could she let me know how much longer the wait would be. Then she checked with the pharmacist and told me that they couldn’t see me at all and I had to go to Papanui because they were too busy. I couldn’t go to Papanui though as I’d spent so long waiting that my child carer was leaving so I had to go home. It would have been okay to be told this initially but after the waiting it was rude.

If you want it quick not the place to order from, allow a minimum of a week. I wanted to support a local nz chemist but seriously guys get your online stuff together. No confirmation email, and even allowing extra time for public holidays way to slow and not for the first time. In store not enough places to sit whilst waiting for the worlds slowest pharmacist, when you’re on crutches that 10 minutes is for ever and it’s not easy to haul yourself any where for a coffee while you wait. Other companies quicker and friendlier

Rang prior to ensure pills ready .Only 6 calls . Told prescription was ready. Drove over and after 40 min wait in queue was advised that order not ready..but they were going to get it done. Another 35 min wait.. then advised the order was incomplete and I would need to come back. I totally understand why man in front of me flipped upon being told the same. Not a once off. Poor service Bargain Chemist !!

Free scripts are greatHaving them sent through from the doctor (even the previous day) and then being told you have to wait for the same time period of time as if you had walked in with them, not so much for. This has happened to me several times.
