These were processes which seemed very daunting at the start, but turned out much less daunting thanks to their help! Dylan and Eugene have been amazing. I made a call in 2021, and without anything in it for them, they gave advice freely, knowing my loans were not up for renewal for 2 years. I have stayed in contact throughout this time, with plans, changed plans and continual changed plans, and they were totally professional and give sound advice. Still nothing in it for them. Today, we have refinanced with the best rate I have seen around and they got me a bank manager (now a dying thing) but they did it. The team at Twine helped us secure a very good interest rate (at the time) and cash back on an investment property. About a month after fixing I get a message out of the blue recommending that we break our fixed term (zero fees) and re-fix at an even better rate.
