My previous review, Heidi must have removed it whilst she had full access to all of my login accounts during the set up phase and construction period before she left. Initially I gave a 5 star review as that is what she requested at the beginning - feedback and promote her work across her social platforms. As time went by, I amended the rating to reflect her services- she took it down. No surprise - that is how she chooses to work (denying her wrongs). Please note I have been threatened that if I place negative feedback Zesty may seek legal action against my company (I have the email from Heidi at Zesty). This feedback is reflective not of the work done, but more of a personal one. Heidi reached out when I put out a request for a web rebuild during L4 Auckland lockdown. There seemed to be no problems in the beginning after putting down a large deposit. Ideas and execution came to fruition and all was paid. Problems arose when Heidi sent a bill demanding payment within 7 days for monthly web management. My issue was that Heidi put on her invoice payment within 7 days" that I had not seen previously. I emailed Heidi and explained I was busy and that I was a little taken aback from her expectations and prompt demand for a 7 day payment was a surprise. We continued to email backwards and forwards

Heidi is like a business mentor and admin rolled into one! Her enthusiasm and zest (see what I did there?!) for your business is so encouraging, I felt totally supported. She has super creative and clever ideas for your business and then helps you to carry them out in a practical way - amazing! Zesty go above and beyond and you can be confident you will get value for your money with them, 100% recommended!!

Heidi was great to work with a friendly and knowledgeable personality. I was in the middle of splitting my main brand into 2 different brands. She helped me to streamline my thinking, and advised me on my websites, using WordPress(Block setups and plugin usage). She used clear everyday language as oppose to technical jargon to help plan my next strategic points in my new brands.

As a busy bisniss owner who is also dyslexic I would not to without Zesty, always there when I need things checked and even just to bounce bisniss plan ideas of.. Heidi is always full of ideas on how to improve and expand my bisniss and has great vision and an always helping attitude ... for this non tecno savvy client ... Heidi has been very helpful on a number of occasions giving me extensive information, advice and suggestions.
