These people have done several jobs for me over the last few years. Most recently just this week. Their work is immaculate, especially precision vinyl laying where tricky angles and varying levels are a challenge in old houses being renovated. The prices are competitive and the service punctual.

Paul is a terrific and genuine person. My tenant's left my carpets in a very bad state when they vacated. I called almost all the carpet companies in Wellington and Hutt and i was told that there was a long waiting time which i could not afford.Then met Paul who was very compassionate and replaced all the carpet in my apartment on the following day. Great work, great price and great team. Very happy and great service. I can now put the apartment on the market thanks to Paul

Paul found a piece of carpet to match a 20 year old carpet to repair a large lounge dining which saved my client a large replacement bill.Paul is a very knowledgeable tradesman. He recommended I buy a lotto ticket! I was so lucky to get exactly the same die batch so many years later!No nonsense, down to earth service without all the fancy stuff. A gold mine for that repair option!

The products were good, and the service was relatively quick.However, each time I have gone in, I have left being baffled. It is consistently a strange retail experience. The owner seems to dislike customers, and having them in store appears to be a burden.Strangely, he also insisted that he needs to press the CHQ or SAV button for me on the EFTPOS machine, and seemed annoyed that someone I didn't want to tell him what account type I had.Based purely on the weird experience, I wouldn't use this place for a big order.
