Office lady was too rude. When she get angry she will not think even once what she is talking about.....!!! Her age doesn't suits her way of dealing with people. She is just sounds like kids who says anything when they get angry.Zero level of maturity

Tryed to book car in for service. Call then waited for reply for over two weeks.. called them myself just for them to say they are to busy... Rubbish service super hard to deal with dont trust them and wont use ever again. I do not recommend!

They came back with a long list of repairs needed after a WOF check, including not enough padding in the drivers seat". Seemed dodgy so I got a second opinion at VTNZ and the car passed with no issues"

I hate to write negative reviews but BEWARE of the RUDEST lady in Queenstown. Someone should teach the receptionist some etiquettes!

Absolutely scummy business. Will change your perfectly new parts with their old ones knowing that it had nothing to do with the issue your car is having. Won't do anything to fix your problem until you call them 2 weeks later and suddenly they are charging you 2000 quid for absolutely nothing. Shameless and despicable!

Amazing work. Got a new engine put in, I got a little worried about something took it back same day and there were no issues. Great customer service, lovely receptionist and cute dog to keep me company while I waited . Highly recommend

Was looking to get WOF done. Glad they were full. Rude customer service.. Should have read the reviews beforehand- the replies to the bad ones make the company look even worse.
