Asked 2 days before my flight if its possible to wrap my bikebox. They said yes and its 30 dollar. On my day of flight they said the box is to big!? What do they think? Its a normal size bikebox you get on every airport.

I left my bags here for 4 hours. Front desk staff was very friendly and my bags were just as I’d left them. The rates are on a scale, 0-4hours is about 10-12 dollars per bag (depending on size).

Did not use their service. NZD 10 for cabin baggage and NZD 12 for check-in luggage storage per item is a bit too pricey in comparison with coin lockers like those found in Japan that run at JPY700 for a large locker.

Complete rubbish service. The guy behind counter only got interested when we wanted to buy a replacement bag for our blown-out suitcase. When asked where we could transfer the contents, he offered the use of the floor on the concourse outside. When asked if he would dispose of the stuffed suitcase, he refused take it or provide any options.Apparently leaving luggage lying around in an airport is frowned upon.Luckily a lovely cleaning lady offered to dispose of it, without any assistance from the KNOB behind the counter. Truly unimpressed with the level of service here.

when we left our luggage the guy made us wait 15 mins before he answered us because he was completing some form that apparently couldnt wait the 5 mins it took to take our luggagewhen we came to pick theem up we had been assured somebody would be there a 4 am and the opening ours did say 4 am but the guy never arrived we had to ask airport security to get our luggage for us so the whole thing took an additional 30 mins and we had a flight to catchthe service is very poor

Guy at the counter is useless, not trying to be helpful at all, just being behind the desk because he has to. Might not be the most fun job mate but maybe try to get another job if it’s to be a grump like that

2 stars for being here I really needed an extra bag. The man at the desk at 830 am today had the personality of a bowl of soggy cereal. He had poor manners too no hello or G'day nothing. After we purchased and began moving items into the bag he asked us to transfer our things outside the store. There were zero other customers in the store? Really a paying customer can't stay in the store for 5 more minutes?!
