Terrific service. They take extra care of many of us with chronic conditions, and cancer. Always friendly, careful and will make sure you know everything you need to. They're always looking for ways to support customers with services you can't get elsewhere.

The only pharmacy in NZ to stock and post a hard to get migraine medication. Very professional and efficient, and happy to answer any questions I had. Very grateful for their services!

It is a good pharmacy. But they are very slow. If you bring in your prescription. Make sure you have 30-45 minutes spare. It is taken that much time every time.

Grafton pharmacy by far has the best customer service! Each time I pick up my prescriptions the staff are always polite, helpful and informative. I appreciate the time they take in answering any questions when I’m confused. I respect the care they take in what they do. Truly a great part of the Grafton community!

The pharmacy was recommended by my wife's Oncologist for supplying the very expensive (un-subsidised) cancer treatment, Ibrance. They were the cheapest my a big margin and the service is empathetic, professional and exceptional in every respect. The premises reflect a family business that does not waste money of flash premises and glossy marketing. Thank you and keep up this fantastic service to the community.
