Used this for the first time, and has completely ruined the paint job on my brand new truck. I used the self service option. With the foaming brush. And it left swirling scratches all over. Yes these things are use at your own risk" but you would not expect it to do the damage I've experienced."

Love Wash Zone! It has 4 bays where you can wash your own car, 1 drive through car wash and a dog wash. It has vacuum and car scent bays for when you have finished pressure washing your vehicle. The brush is soft and doesn't scratch your paint and the pressure washer is a good hard pressure. Has a vending machine of other small car products too

I enjoy going to Wah Zone as it is always neat and tidy and I have never had any problems with the machines.

Awesome place to hand wash your car, it has everything you need to do a great job for grooming your car.

I use this place to wash ~4 of my cars and I was very happy initially, and still am pretty happy with the place. Grateful to have a self wash place in Pukekohe finally.Only thing I guess that I'm not as happy with is - originally $2 token got you 2:20, now its only 2:00. And also the transition of the system between different modes is upwards of 10 seconds, meaning you lose up to 10-20 seconds per token in just waiting for the pumps to get through to the next chemical... Plus the middle undercover bay seems to turn off at approx 4 seconds from 0, not a major obviously but just a bit annoying, not getting full value for money.Otherwise does a good job.

Convenient but a rip off. You can only buy tokens in the amounts of $10, $16 or $20. I paid for $10 worth and only needed one more token to finish off, but was forced to buy another $10 worth. That is treating customers like cash cows.

Great car wash. Easy to use. I take a sponge with me to get any bits brushing misses.
