AVOID AVOID AVOID - read all, unfortunately it doesn't get better.Paid pretty much 26k for a truck + shipping on top. Was told it would be on transporter Monday. (paid the week before & changed ownership) was then told Tuesday it could take 10 days. Drove a few hours up with a friend at that point and collected it myself. Jumped in and the truck was basically on empty.... Every car Ive brought brand new had a full tank, minus this one, and it was the most expensive brought so far through dealers - 26 thousand and y'all couldn't even put diesel in it?.Also found damage/wear that wasn't stated in the vehicle condition guide. Steering wheel upholstery literally falling off the wheel. Not stated anywhere in the guide nor when asked. Customer service is garbage. I'd avoid this place at all costs. Go elsewhere.1st UPDATE - Rims have lock nuts can't remove them and no key in the truck at all -SECOND UPDATE - after being advised to take truck in to a mechanic by consumer guarantee's - have found the following and replaced/repaired with OUR money as turners denies all-- REAR LOWER SHOCK BUSHES WORN/had play. - (had to be replaced)-REAR TYRES DUE REPLACEMENT SOON -- REAR BRAKE NOISE NEEDING A SERVICE-- WHEELS NEEDED BALANCING-great work turners on being a complete and utter let down.Avoid at all costs. Not even joking.

We went for a recent look around the yard. If customer service meant something to the several staff who were standing around chatting, one of them would have noticed we were having trouble finding cars advertised, the website and trade me listings are all out of date, finding current cars listed, we seniors found difficult. No one asked if we needed any help although we stood at customer service, blue shirts everywhere...more interested in some sort of trike that had their attention.Read the very poor reviews before you go to Turners, hope you can do better.And managers wake up..

We have owned the car now for just over 1 year when we first got it home the engine light can on and with some convincing turners fixed it. 1 month later the first cat converter went 2 months after that the transmission went 2 months after that the other cat went then the throttle body went. To make it worse we checked the brake pads when first cat went and there was no way it would of past the a warrant when we bought the car ( they put ne wof on) will not be using them again

Well all I can say is my daughter sold her truck, and within just over half an hour she was driving out in her picked truck she's always wanted rego warranted even insured. The staff were amazing polite and couldn't be any nicer. Great place to deal with

You’ll see my other reviews for other branches and it doesn’t get any better herePhoned and spoke to Danae to view vehicle MAL429 Ldv g10 van, drove all the way there from Auckland and arrived at 10am to find the van was then not on the yard but out for a wof and service - waited till 12:30 as the mechanic who had the vehicle wasn’t available till thenGot to the mechanics to find the van was not in sellable condition, not revving past 2000 rpm or driving past 30kphAssured that we would be given a call once the van was fixed and driving well, called up yesterday to follow up and they had sold the van to someone else… what a complete waste of time/energy/fuel…

We asked them about selling our car they said when you in hamilton give us a call make a time to come, did then theytold us they wouldnot take it as it was imported in from singapore. why didnt they tell us to start with,

Salesmen are arrogant and clueless. Be aware they are trying to sell a vehicle with major structural rust. Their answer not our problem its got a wof". This place is exactly what gives car dealerships a bad name."

DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM. Turners were advertising religiously about buying cars, so I took my 2012 navara to them for a quote.The bloke did a full inspection and put all the information into his Turners Ipad.I was offered only 5k but yet I had bought it from the same place a 3 years earlier for 17k.The Ute was in great condition and obviously had more kms on it since I bought it but It in a far better condition than they sold it to me in.I sold it privately with many offers and comfortably sold it within an hour of posting it online for almost 15k and the buyer picked it up next day.Turners needs to up their gameDO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM

Only buy a car with them if you want to waste your money and timeBought a car with them next day found a problem. I went back to turners manager. He said its your headache you have to fix it from my own mechanic. He says they don't have any mechanic.I fixed it by paying $370 . After two days again found two more problems and that will cost another $700--mechanic quotedI contacted turners and they said somebody will get back to me but nobody has called or email so far.Very rude staff... when you paying them they are happy and respectful. But if you go back to them with problems in the car... they behave rude, racistPlease don't waste your money which you earned by hardwork.... also don't recommend anyone.

Brought a car off them. Excellent service no complaints there. 2 weeks later had fault. Thankfully, though after a lot of waiting they did take it back and have a mechanic look at it. Week passed no communication from turners. Tried contacting them multiple occasions but couldn’t get a hold of anyone who could help. Ended up contacting the mechanic myself who ended up being the one keeping me updated. Another week goes by still can’t fix the problem. Which is fair, these things can take time. But still after 2 weeks no contact from turner. I contact the mechanic who informs me that turners has the car back and were meant to contact me. But still nothing. Decide to go and talk to them. Which they offer a refund or to take the car. Not really wanting to go through all the pain of buying a new car and I do really enjoy the car. I make the decision to take the car. However, when I get home I’m missing my AUX cable, 4 vape coils, my extra vape pod. Also found rubbish under the seat which I didn’t leave there. The whole car was filthy. It not only needs a wash but a vacuum as well. There was still pen makings on the window. Very disappointed with the condition my car was left in. After not being able to drive the car I paid for for over 2 weeks I now need to waste more of my time cleaning it.
