I had Adele Caspers as my agent and couldn't have been happier, my property was sold within a month for a higher price then I had expected, Adele has very good comunication skills and kept me updated throughout the sale process, highly recommended.

DISAPPOINTING!!!! Is an understatement!!! Firstly this agency lacks the professionalism to return calls. Attended an open home was not even offered a register to sign nor asked of our interest in the property, nor offered an information brochure on the property. SELLERS BEWARE... if this company takes absolutely no details of people attending the open home on your property nor bothers to respond to phone calls regarding your property then it is impossible for them to obtain the best price for you which is what your paying them for. Should interest be called on a property they should then contact all other parties who may be interested in placing an offer, if they have taken no details how can they do this???? TOTALLY UNPROFFESIONAL!!

I like to think Ben Lawrence for all the help on his farst day and Amanda with out there personal help at a very emotional time of my life and getting me started on a new flat your both awesome. Adrian

Web site wasn't particularly user friendly...

Rang and left a message said they would ring never rang as said after leaving my number no urgency they obviously doing well enough!!!went to open home no details taken from us or details of house we liked and were interested in. Very disappointed as we moved to levin a year ago having sold several properties through professionals in different locations . Very poor service. Sellers beware!

Rental agents ignore my written and verbal communication about being severely allergic to mold and mildew. Today I was taken to a house I could not even enter and my throat began to close up on the doorstep, the mold smell was so strong.
