I had a blow wave cut and straightening today and the hairstylist even provided a free mask in to my hair also.The hairstylist was very quick and knew what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable and did a really amazing job on my hair!!Will definitely be back to get the keratin treatment!!Thank you Kess hair and beauty and thank you Genie!!

I was initially very excited to try out this salon as reading previous reviews it looked very good. However I was only met with disappointment, lack of communication and integrity from this business.. I booked online on Sunday and was sent a confirmation email. Early Monday morning I received a text saying they had to cancel my appointment due to no barber that day which was OK with me, I was offered an appointment either Tuesday or Thursday I text back to confirm I would be able to come on Tuesday. I received no follow up communication and then when I arrived at the salon Tuesday morning 30 minutes after the opening hours per website, the doors were locked and I tried ringing the phone line 2x with no answer. I then text back the cellphone number to request refund as this was now wasting my time, I was immediately called back by this number and told I could go to the barber next door who would do my hair. This to me was very questionable, however I appreciated the option but I was annoyed, had lost trust in the business and had found someone else. Communication goes a long way to attract customers. I would recommend customers avoid the online booking and make a booking either walk in or via phone to save an incident like mine.

I took my two girls here for their very first haircut and they loved it. They love their new looks and the stylist was very nice and gentle with them while they were getting their haircuts done.

The ladies were awesome. Matched my roots perfectly. I love that they don't charge ridiculously high prices. Great value. Also, love the massage chairs.

Got eye lash extensions for my teenager for her formal. They gave advice on what would be best for first timers. And adjusted to suit our preferences and what would easier for us when taking care of them as first timers. Though they stung at first which is apparently normal for first timers, overall I'm happy with how they look, and so is my teen. Price was reasonable too. Happy customer.

I had my lashes an full face wax done by mandeep. She was absolutely great an gentle also very determined to get every single hair out lol. I have now booked in for the eyebrow lamination an will come bk again. Thanks so much!

Loved their services. Kess express are my permanent hairdressers. Nandini is amazing, very caring. Their staff gives you personal attention. Amazing consultation especially in regards to hair color. Affordable prices as well. 100% recommended.
