Needed carpet cleaned ASAP before my inspection. I got a prompt response. The technician even showed up early. Was very thorough with his work, professional and very easy to converse with whilst he explained what he was doing etc. Happy with the results and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good company to take care of their carpet needs.

Carpet repairs made the process of repairing my carpet easy and stress free. Making a booking was easy and quick, the communication was good and they were on time. It was pointed out I needed another repair done. Although it was late in the afternoon they offered to do it to avoid an extra cost of making another booking. They did a fantastic job. I have since recommended Carpet Repairs to friends and family.

The first visit was someone to look at the issues we had, and this was for free. We then received a quote very quickly and booked it in.The Carpet Fitter who came was knowledgeable, got on with the job and explained what he had done and other areas where things were not easy / possible to do.He asked us to check something and let him know which we did a couple of weeks later and he replied quickly and positively.I would recommend Carpet Repairs Ltd

Got Andrew from Carpet Repairs in to help resolve a stain issue that another company had made worse in their attempt to remove it. Andrew was amazing. Provided logical options and then nailed the treatment. Awesome customer service and really knew his stuff.
