I have to say if you come to Christchurch you should rent an EBike from Action and go for a ride. You will not regret it and you will have memories of a lifetime!

Superb service and product. Hired a Cube Reaction e-MTB for 3 days which was perfect for Mt White Station. Ken was super helpful - given it was my first ebike experience - and his pricing is very reasonable. Can't recommend highly enough. A+ rating for me.

Kind and knowledge mechanics. My bike felt sluggish and heavy to pedal but they fixed it right up. Great price for a full service. Still my go to bike shop. Would recommend :)

Thank you heaps for such an efficient service. I was able to book a repair online, outside of working hours. The fix for my spoke, tyre puncture and bits and pieces was incredibly quick but through! I can see they love the bikes and love doing what they do.

Couldn’t recommend these guys more highly. We hired 5 top notch quality ebikes for a brilliant price. They couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely. Definately a gem of a find and will be using again.

Ken really helped me get out of a bind. My dynamo hub was not functioning after flying my bicycle, and he was able to get it working quickly before heading out on a tour in NZ.In fact, turns out that dynamo wiring was incorrect from the mechanic who originally installed it, and it now works better than previously!Top notch staff, mechanics, and bicycle gear. 10/10

Ken sorted my out with an eBike for 4 days this week, what a great way to experience Christchurch. Went to Sumner, Lyttleton, up the Bridle Path, Rapaki Track, down through the Adventure park and up the beach to Spencer park.The pricing is good and Ken is helpful and easy going. Never get a car here again (unless it is raining)
