LUSH Cosmetics Newmarket

Absolute queens that served me! Unfortunately dont know their names as I'm forgetful with that but had so much knowledge on the products and the application. Even had a really good background on skincare not just lush products and how to incorporate things into my routine and where I could find information to help myself make the best decisions for myself. Best experience I've had in a Lush store ever!

I give 5 stars because I love lush products. But I wasn't happy with today's shopping experience. I bought several soaps but staff who cut the soaps didn't give enough to me. For example, one of them is around 80g and another one of them is around 90g after i double checked in the store. Even though one of soaps is around 110g but after adding up all soaps, they are still less than weight according to 100g per slice in total. One staff told me the price is based on slice but from company website page where soaps are based on weight ( I think that at least one slice of the soap equals 100g), I appreciated her offering to cut a new soap again but I didn't take it. I'm very unsatisfied with the inaccurate and confusing information and hiding behaviours because if I didn't double check those soaps then I wouldn't know staff didn't give me enough products. As a very loyal customer, I'm happy to pay more if staff cut more soaps by accident but I don't want to be charged by the amount which actually isn't enough. Overcharging customers is cheating.I also checked with the online agent and attached second photo is what she explained.

I really dislike the overbearing employees. I just want to shop in peace. As soon as you enter the store, you get harassed to scan the QR code - like can you give me a few seconds to sort myself out after I enter? I literally get asked the second I walk in to scan it. I was testing out the perfumes and I couldnt smell any through my mask so I pulled it down slightly so I could hold my wrist up to my nose to get a smell of perfume, only to have the employee who was watching me - the only customer in the store - like a hawk, tell me to keep my mask on at all times in a condescending way. It WAS on. I literally pulled it down ever so slightly. Im not going to blind buy perfume. Going to shop online from now on after this demeaning experience.

This shop is run by the most wonderful and caring staff. I frequently visit with a young friend of mine who has additional needs to smell the soaps, and we go another hours travel out of our way to visit this specific lush store. The mobility access for wheelchairs is 5* and the staff all go above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our visit. We've never felt rushed or out of place, and we have nothing but praise for these wonderful, inclusive staff!

Went in with my friend today and the staff member on the floor was super lovely. Very helpful and funny. We walked out wanting to be their friend so thank you for an awesome service xx

It's not here, there is no Lush Newmarket.

Me and my daughter have had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff here were super helpful.They were able to help us with skin care routines as well as letting me know which will be the cheapest option.Highly recommend this store!

I went in to Newmarket store after work the other day very tired and ready to grab some self care items to relax, and was served by someone I think I remember as Lauren :-) she was really helpful and friendly, so big shout out to this one, she’s great and hope this praise does not go unnoticed. This store is permanently closed. I thought maybe they had moved into the Westfield. But after calling, I was told they have closed permanently. Such a shame.

Went into Lush Newmarket yesterday (08.01.21), looking for some new fragrances, and the lovely human who helped me was just amazing! they recommended me scents that were similar to ones i already enjoy, and got me hooked on two new fragrances that i immediately purchased. they had great conversation, and were so warm and welcoming (also great tattoos), i will definitely be returning!
