Had my car serviced here, wasn't able to do full service on the day as they needed some parts. I would have thought they would have been in stock as part of a standard service.Went a second time to complete and they forgot to put on the turbo hoses properly so as I i got home I started having issuesBack a 3rd time and 2 hours later fixed.Bot sure giltrap is better but this was not a great experience. Friendly and apologetic front of house staff, but mechanical work did bot give me confidence

John Hsu was very polite, patient, extremely helpful and professional who goes extra miles for our requests. We bought a Gti a few years back and now a T-Roc from him. It was a very pleased purchase as he followed through with every steps and let us know the updates from time to time. Never had problems with their service since 2015. Highly recommended to everyone. First time we spent a decent amount on a vehicle and the team at Tristram European made it so seamless. I dealt with Ryan and he was nothing short of amazing. Our situation was super tricky, and he managed to find a solution that allowed us to take home a new car.
