The girls behind the desk were exceedingly helpful in trying to find me s Mickey & a Minnie mouse outfit. Great suggestions and by the time I have added to the costumes what they lacked - you too can have wonderful Disney outfits

If you need any costume from alien to armour to superhero get yourself to the cave!! Its a treasure trove of costume, with the most friendly, lovely staff always ready to help you out. They're incredibly accommodating and go the extra mile to help you find the perfect outfit. Highly recommend!!!

Kate and the team are so friendly and amazing and there's an awesome selection of costumes and props for any occasion! I work for a charity that holds events and themed discos for young people and Kate has been so hospitibal about my lack of budget for said events. She's sponsored costumes for us and is just so generous. The other staff are really friendly and kind and love a good laugh. Hightly recommend for your next party!

Thank you for the great service. I won best dressed with that medieval dress, which was a first for me! As a voluptuous lady, you really made me feel beautiful. The dressing up experience was almost better than the party! Also, fantastic that you pick up from hotels, so hassle free and fun. Thanks again - will recommend to everyone!

Staff are incredibly helpful, they were diving through the racks to find us some outrageous costumes! The outfits were clean and well looked after, will definitely be back next time we have occasion!

Came here for a last min Halloween costume and was impressed by the array of costumes available. The staff were incredibly helpful as well in assisting us with our ideas and were able to give us suggestions of what else we could do for the costumes. Found the process really straight-forward to and felt pleased when returning the rented items a couple days later. Will definitely consider coming here again next time I need a costume.

Had a lovely experience with one of the ladies when trying on. But unfortunately they gave 2 incorrect costume sizes for me to take away and when I politely asked if a refund could be issues for at least 1, another woman was incredibly rude, immature and implied I was stupid and refused to offer a refund or even admit they had given the wrong sizes. Horrible experience.
