AA Centre - Westgate

The worst customer service ever, on Saturday, people waiting for more than half an hour but still no service at this counter due to went on lunch break, but got no one covered.

If I could give them a zero star rating...I would. Their customer service is beyond bad. This was our second visit to the centre to apply for an IRD number. Their problem was with our bank statement. The first time we went, we didn't have the correct bank statement so they said to make a transaction, deposit or withdrawal, and come back with a bank statement. We said fine because this was a mistake on our part, and we remembered that the previous time we had tried applying for an IRD number for our employee, a bank statement showing a deposit of money was good enough to be sent through. Then we go again the next time it was open which was Monday. We get to the front of the queue with the bank statement they expected us to have, only to be rudely told if you had read the instructions properly

Went to sit my restricted, arrived half hour early. Car up to standard and air in Tyres. Guy took one look and said nope you need more air in one of your tyres. Asked if I could do it quickly he said no and failed me. Lots of practice and saving to not even be given a chance to sit the test

The worst ever customer service in New Zealand. One Asian guy he can't speak proper English. Hard to understand to him . He doesn't know how to talk and communicate with . Today, I had the bad day with this guy . Just want to renew my drive license.

Excellent customer service by AA advisor Maureen.Went there to convert my overseas license (DL5) and my theory test. Maureen patiently explained the procedure and processed the documents very quickly. Yes wait times are a bit long, especially on weekendsNote: If you're there for a license conversion, ensure you have the right forms and documents (colored copies and Identification papers).Staff are very polite, especially the lady (never got her name) assisting everyone while they were sitting in the waiting area.

Went to AA Westgate yesterday with my 16yo. Absolutely no customers service from any of the staff members. All are slow & inefficient. The only person that deserves a praise was Red security lady. She was friendly, helpful and wear a smile on the face. We need to wait over an hour just to get to counter. Couldn't do anything was turn back home. Told to come back tomorrow.They hopeless and didn't give us any service.

It was really bad experience with the AA staff. Moreen took my photo for real me and then i received email after 2 weeks that the photo taken by the staff was not proper. So please come back for another photo. I got my membership card after a month and was told by staff that it will only take 5 working days. Called them many times but no answer. Staff needs some customer service training.

From the first moment we got through the door to the moment we left a bad experience. I will go to a different AA centre where they have better customer service than at Westgate. And you can save your energy with your standard we are sorry about your recent experience" response.Firstly

Very disappointed experience. I came in today at 4pm and waited, the staff approached me later and asked me to leave said because they already cut off the queue" right before me arrived. I was the last customer. I asked if she can consider to help me as they close at 5pm but she said no. If anyone else fully scheduled during the day(busy) and has no time to waste

For all your information, the staff here take 30mins lunch and afternoon tea break, how lucky! Can’t believe after all the negative reviews, there is still no service training. Waited 20min after lunch, come back in the afternoon to wait another 30. And after all the waiting, I only got a “do you know we doing this for free.” I know, because I pay tax. How ridiculous! Should I be grateful that I waited for 30mins for you to finish your break? I can't imagine how many complain the staff got, the moment I say something, their defense mode turn on. She only needs to say: Sorry for waiting. Am sure AA is a service centre, not a circus!Also, instead of saying sorry for reply, just get the staff some training!
