Horrible, bad customer service from manager James. Did not take ownership for making a delivery error, and charged me for delivery when they came at 7am not 10 am as agreed as my business was unstaffed at that time. No phone call received and attitude was given to me after spending more than $550 at carters. Then had to borrow a trailer, nuisance caused.

Very unhelpful and unfriendly yardies. Apparently they can't cut a piece of timber so it will fit in your truck. Our business has used ply and timber from Carters for years but will now avoid when we can.
