Fantastic service! I have sent two large picture frames and some large artworks with this depot in the last month and each time Arif did a great job with the packing to esure that the works were secured and protected. The parcels arrived according to their time estimate - would highly reccomend

I needed to get some signage back home after a conference and the team were exemplary! Picked up from me within 20mins of placing a call and the signage arrived home in record time. Not only were the team easy to deal with but the service was reasonably priced also. Super happy and would highly recommend this team if you have any shipping or freight needs.

Arif at Pack and Send was amazing! I needed to ship some artwork to Sydney within a relatively short timeframe due to circumstances outside of my control. Arif packed my artwork, helped me with customs (so I wouldn't get a bill when the work arrives back in NZ after the exhibition), and sent the work so it arrived in Sydney with a day to spare. He also arranged insurance for the work which was awesome.Highly recommend working with Pack and Send Thorndon - they are GREAT!

Unfortunately, I received really poor service from this particular store.On 2022-05-21, I left a small collection of unboxed items to be packed and shipped to the UK. I was assured they would be boxed immediately and I would receive a shipping quote by email on the following Monday.It actually took until 2022-06-20, almost an entire month, to receive my quote and invoice. I had left NZ by this point and had to follow up by phone and email repeatedly.I requested an alternative quote via sea freight (instead of air) but received no response for another two weeks.In the end, I got someone to go and retrieve the parcel for me. Thankfully, my items were still there, packed well and the box was released to us with no fuss.The staff were apologetic but their only explanation was how busy they were at the moment. If the backlog is so bad that a single box can take over a month to depart Wellington, then Pack and Send should be warning customers ahead of time.Six weeks later and I'm back to square one for shipping my parcel. I'm just glad it wasn't time sensitive!
