Apollo RV Sales Auckland

IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAYS, DON‘T BUY HERE!!!here are the facts:We (family of 4) bought a campervan from Apollo RV sales Auckland on Dec 1st 2022 with 90 days operational warranty. On the day of handover I detected several deficits:- defect flyscreen,- radio not working,- stone chip in the driver‘s visual field of the windscreen,- passenger sliding window broken,- 2 seat belt webbing not working (which is a safety issue as we travel with a child and an infant!!!)- EWOF expiries in 2 months instead of minimum 6 months,- gas filter regulator broken.They handed me the campervan over and said that they would pay for the repairs. The local workshop in Hamilton - where I wanted to get everything repaired - is fully booked until March 2023. So I contacted the aftersales team of Apollo (which is NOT IN NZ but in Australia).After writing several emails and reminding them, that we can’t use our 42.000$ campervan with all of this failures and that destroys our holidays (we wanted to terminate the contract) they offered us a repair on 10th Jan 2023 for only 5 of the 7 malfunctions.That means that even though we have this so called ‚90 days operational warranty‘ we can‘t use the campervan for more than 1 month (!!!) and it seems that we don‘t even get any refund for the costs that we have while we can‘t use the campervan!We thought we bought a good campervan from a prime dealer (with prime service and quick help), but in the end- we got a campervan that doesn’t work,- the aftersales team needs more than 1 month to get the defects repaired (hopefully) and- our HOLIDAYS are DESTROYED!

STAY AWAY from Apollo. Horrible service. Motorhomes are very old, smell and in bad and yuck condition. Our vehicle broke down 10kms after we left. Road side assistance suggested to definitely not continue with the vehicle. No understanding from Apollo and they said their mechanic check and everything is fine.The day we picked it up, 3 people from the previous day returned to claim many many faulty things. That should have triggered us. We returned the next day as well ... Apollo showed zero sign of understanding and have no idea of customer friendliness.
