well quite good experience just put more photos of vehicle while advertising.

Bought an $85k car from them and its engine died on the drive home. When contacted about it they refused to help out the situation in any way.If you want to see proof how they lie about their cars have a look at how many are listed as one owner cars.I would not recommend these guy all and was lied to by Daniel.

If you are looking for decent after sales service then this is not the place. You say after TWO YEARS of purchase" as though that's a big thing and yet your website says "We want our customers for life". Quite contradictory.To organize a courier service for a tiny SD card vs just putting it in an envelope and posting it off is quite different. That way you could very simply have retained a customer."

I purchased a vehicle from Azak cars and I was very impressed with the service. Since then I had a mechanical failure which was just inside the warranty period that these guys give and it was taken care of without any problem. I fully recommend to all people, anywhere in the country to buy with confidence from AZAK CARS . I live outside Auckland and even the distance between us has not been a problem as they organize airports pick up . Make your vehicle purchase smooth and enjoyable. I had a very pleasant car buying experience! Very nice sales people, they are very professional in guiding me on car buying, and the price is absolutely very good.

These guys are full of it. Sold a van to me, claiming it to be in top notch condition and would not negotiate on price. The salesman was extremely confident in relaying this to me. I specifically asked 'Kevin ' to inform me of any panel work required on the vehicle and again he very confidently relayed to me it was perfect other than a few minor scuffs.Upon arrival the van had a large dent on the roofs edge (visible at eye level), and a long scratch.When i asked them what they would do about this they said its not their problem and they would not do anything about the matter and thats what i should expect on a used vehicle.Be very careful dealing with this dealer.

These guys are the ones who give car dealers a bad rep. Good service during the sale, smooth and happy talkers. They installed the incorrect battery for a stop start featured vehicle, yes it lasted 18 months but batteries last much longer than that. They were rude, defensive, said 18 months is normal for a new battery, hung up on me. They didn’t think they did anything wrong. ******Update to your response below: there was no harassing. A customer getting no assistance and blocked calls. He hasn’t replied to my email, rudest people I have dealt with. I still haven’t got an answer to the batteries 24 month warranty, why is this not covered as it was the incorrect battery. A Bosch battery lasting only 18 months is not right.

Daniel was very easy to deal with and his approachable and knowledgeable manner would give anyone the confidence to buy from this particular dealership. This is the first time I have purchased from Azak Cars - noted, this will not be my last time and I will be sure to come to you for future purchases as I admire the quality of car you guys import. Since Buying the car approximately a month or so ago - I am yet to be able to fault it. Cosmetically and Mechanically perfect.
