Came to see yous and yous didn't even give my dog any pain relief. Useless and wouldn't recommend yous at all. Yes yous did basic checks then sent me off with antibiotics saying yous can't do much for my dog.

A great vet, just like people health care it seems busy at times. Want to do a big shout out for their support for BOI Animal Rescue. Awesome people!!!

Saved our 10 yr old dogs life a medical emergency, so onto it from reception to the vet.Throughout the years with different treatments and animals we have not one complaint, not even the bill.

Excellent experience pip is a awesome veterinary & summer that works for the SPCA is such a lovely lady.

If you get the right vet it is OK. One vet at Kawakawa branch is very rude and he is not a people person and very opinionated and does not even bother to introduce himself. This let's the team down which is a shame as most are very nice and helpful. This is my very happy lamb that has survived and is flourishing thanks to the advise and meds from some very helpful vets at BOI vets. The unhelpful rude vet told me I should put it down and I advised I was already following advise and meds from another vet at the clinic and would do the course. I did not ask for his advice and was not there to see him about my lamb he just grabbed it roughly while I was in reception without asking me. The whole thing was appalling rude I I feel I am owed a formal apology from him.

Amazing group of people!! They do so much to help BOI Rescue. The staff are top notch especially Kate and you can tell they genuinely care about your pets.

Kate at reception is such a lovely person, it is a very busy place especially in a small town. But you leave fully informed of what your favourite friend/pet needs.
