It caters for all ages, body shapes and fitness levels. What else could you ask for. Dorz is an excellent trainer and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Best experience!!!since day one I have just felt comfortable, all exercises are talked through and explained and you can push yourself to your own personal level, haven’t felt so empowered or achieved after a gym session like I have here. bonus of the challenges where you can win $ is such a good motivation to keep you on track and the team is so encouraging, wouldn’t recommend it more!
