We order meduvada sambhar and nutrikulcha ,both are not fresh and if you doesn't know about south indian food test don't served to customers. Food quality going very worst.

This time 0/5 due to some reasons:I went in last month the quality and everything was good as usual.But yesterday’s food was not up to the mark.1:the prices for everything has drastically gone upThats not even a problem if the taste & quality of the food is good.But the quality & taste of food has gone low & prices really high.Really disappointed. Probably not going back

The quality of the restaurant is decreasing day by day. The food was really good when they started but now looks like they are comprising with their food quality.I ordered tawa roti yesterday from Uber Eats. Two roti were undercooked as seen in the pictures. Will not order again.

We visited novelty and ordered the kings thali. First the person at the counter was not capable of taking. He took my order wrong and when i told him to repeat i found he made errors and told him what i said is not what he noted. He told me he changed it to what i said. This took around 15 minutes with me being the first person in the queue. Then the thali arrived. They served me paneer butter masala instead of kadhai paneer and veg manchurian instead of schezwan manchurian and some barfi instead of rabdi. I waited again in the queue to raise my concern and say this is not what i ordered. The person at the counter tells me that the order is correct and i have got schezwan manchurian to which i said schezwan manchurian is red color and veg manchurian is brown. He just said will come and check. He later came saw and changed to what we ordered. This is such a nuisance. I am not a new person who doesn’t know what i want. Then he cant speak or understand. How do you expect him to give customer service if he cannot communicate. Also after waiting for 15 mins to place your order and still him getting it wrong i deem is ridiculous. And out of nowhere we saw an additional bowl of mix veg sabji. That was something we did not order. So this whole experience makes me wonder is it going to be worth visiting in the future when the person cannot take my order and i pay but not get what i ordered. Already raised the same with management but i do not think they care

Very good traditional Indian restaurant with only vegetarian options. Only thing is that the menu is difficult to understand if you are not familiar with those dishes, some further information and pictures would help

You guys really need to improve the quality of the food. Ordered kadhai paneer dish it tasted like a week old. With extremely strong smell won't go even if you wash hands twice with soap. I have no idea what mumbo jambo they've been cooking

Food was great quality and quantity wise. We spent around $150 for 4 of us. We ordered pav bhaji without butter which was catered well for my needs. We did order chole bhatura and puri bhaji which was great. We tried some south Indian dosas which I would not recommend here as it was so sour ( I am a south Indian), so I know how a good dosa tasted. We tried some jalebi for takeaway and had chai which had too much of sounf flavour than chai flavour. Finally we tried mango kulfi which was good. Overall a good place for Indian food :) apart from the fact that music was tooo loud
