Andrew at CLS Electrical is the epitome of fantastic customer service, professionalism and trustworthiness that everyone is looking for. After I left a frantic message on his voice-mail that all power to our house was gone, he calmly & politely called me back, gave me advice on what I could do first, then he kept texting & checking on how things were going. He arrived right on time, he was so courteous, well dressed, communicated well with other contractors & kept me informed throughout the time. He stayed on the job from start to finish through torrential rain & found the fault, had our power up and running right on the estimated time & left our property tidy and clean. He treated his staff with such respect and they showed respect, loyalty & great workmanship in return. An impressive company with Andrew at the helm. I will be recommending them to everyone. Had my 'dinosaur' switch board totally replaced after if died on me. Having read positive feed backs of CLS Electrical ( always a plus to be able to check feed backs ) had Andrew came to replace the entire switch board to a new one.Indeed Andrew kept up to the positive feed backs and I'm more than happy to add one more :) Punctual, awesome communicator via txt and email, very pleasant to talk to when on the job, and top quality. Like to add, very proactive as well. He noticed our main switchboard is also very old and gladly provided quote to replace with no pressure and giving me the opportunity to compare prices with the quotes.Keep up your good work Andrew :) and thanks for your work today.

Can’t rate Andrew and the CLS team highly enough. Responsive, reliable and professional. Came out on a Sunday to assess an issue and did amazing work. If you need an electrician I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Andrew is professional, has very good communication skills and does an amazing job. Andrew completely rewired our whole house, upgraded the main switch and replaced all of our lights, sockets and switches. It was a massive job and we are so happy with the level of service and professionalism. With the rising costs in trade Andrew remained transparent and tried his hardest to keep the cost down to suit our budget. We've also had Andrew back for a few other smaller jobs. I won't use anyone else now, I trust his workmanship, he's reliable and always on time.
