Very highly recommended. I was told that my car needs some brake repairs. I went to other 2 car shops and they jusy went to their computers and gave me a quote. With Automotive design, they inspected my car first and then gave me a quote. Turns out I only need a minor change. I HAVE SAVED $$$ compared to the other shops!! This is my second time going to automotive design shop and I am alwaya a happy costumer!!

Great service! Caught up with Si and had the vehicle in the shop two working days later. Diagnosed issue and had replacement on site the following day. Better still loaned a vehicle to me overnight. Recommend Automotive Design to anyone with vehicle issues.

From the online booking enquiry through to the final invoice at the front counter, the service was exceptional. The staff are positive and happy and the premises clean and customer friendly. Will definitely return for another tyre rotation and wheel alignment for my Tesla Model 3.

Friendly and easy to deal with. They kept me up to date with what was needed doing and we're very fast. Other mechanics were all booked up for 2 weeks. But ADL were able to check my truck over straight away.
