I was told my watch was budget after they broke the pin when trying to put a battery in which costs $18 then to be told it will cost a further $45 to fix it. After our phone conversation how I was appalled with his comments, he rung back to say they will fix it. My husband went to pick the watch up to be told that I was banned from ever going into the shop again. The watch was fixed with a battery put in so I feel he knew he was guilty of poor workmanship.

Took some wine glasses here to be engraved for a wedding gift, 5 out of 6 came back damaged and the glasses were all filthy. Very poor workmanship, topped with poor service, making jokes about breaking the glasses when I dropped them off.
