She's very professional, explains in detail, and makes me feel comfortable during the procedure.I did fat freezing with kye and I'm happy with both of them! They are amazing and the best!!!

My sister brought me for a Ultraformer 3 treatment as a birthday gift when I was visiting her in New Zealand. I have never done any treatment before, so I was a little bit nervous. Lulu was very patience with me by explaining all the steps , letting me understand my skin type, and she also mentioned that might be a little bit of pain during the treatment. The results were instant. Most of my friends has noticed my skin is smoother. I will definitely come back next time when I visit New Zealand.

I recently underwent fat freezing by lanree, the stuff was amazing and very easy to work with. Treatment was easy and essentially painless, I can went back to work right after. So far I’m loving the results, I still have a few weeks left to see the final result, but I’m already so happy and cannot wait for the next treatment

I don’t take risk when it comes to my skin. Being into media industry I have been very particular about Things I do to my face.and Lenree has gain my trust over all others. No fake promises. They deliver what they say. Excellent and one of the best treatments they have and excellent result. Don’t confuse yourself with where to go. If you have skin issues or wanna look better this is the place. Yes very expensive but there is always a price for luxury. I recommend lenree to all women who don’t want to take risk

I went in for a few treatments, laser hair removal, whitening underarm and mouth area. The staff are friendly and it’s a very clean clinic.I will definitely be back because I saw results and was happy with that. Only thing that I felt needs improvement is that when you go in for a treatment the staff don’t tell you what to expect, it was my first treatment so it would have been nice to get a warning for example if the treatment will be a little comfortable or hot or cold etc. and after the treatment no one calls or emails to follow up to see how your skin reacted and if everything is fine.Other then that they were great. Hope they take this feedback onboard.

Terrible experience here. I booked calf muscle reduction and they did not have the correct type of Botox in stock, so had to order it. A week later when I was supposed to get it done the doctor texted me at the last minute before my appointment saying it hadn’t been delivered and rescheduled me to Monday. Monday came along and less than an hour before my appointment, he cancelled again. I wasted 2 days because of this. So unprofessional! I went to Beautiphi across the road the next day and they were extremely knowledgeable and performed the procedure straight after my consultation (they were amazing!).

By far the best customer experience and I mean overall not just with my therapist. The whole team at Lanree is very friendly and helpful. Whether it's answering phone calls or responding to Instagram direct messages, they always respond quickly. They are always busy, especially on weekends, so make an appointment before you go. I am really glad I finally found a place where I can get my birth mark removed, which has been bothering me for a long time. Plus, if you want to chat or joke around a little to relax before your first treatment or though, they have cool and fun personalities. I would definitely return to Lanree for further skin care treatments in the future.
