They helped with every step of the tiling process, from preparing the Substrate, giving advice, answering a million questions via Email after I'd watched a DIY YouTube video. The staff were wonderful, the Shop Dog is a smooch - their knowledge and advice gave me (an over-enthusiastic IT Geek) the confidence to complete the project. And best of all, my new Kitchen floor has gone from 1980s lino (Eugh!) to some smart, sophisticated up-to-date Tiles.Cannot recommend highly enough!

I took a tile in and asked for exactly the same. Assistant said this is it and got me a tile which I purchased however when getting it home the size was a fraction smaller than required and fell out of the fire surround. I went back and said it’s smaller and I would like a refund as it is no good to me. I was told “it was an I store credit only” and under their policy they do not do refunds because of change of mind.( I stated I had not changed my mind I still want a tile but the correct size and under consumer guarantee I was entitled to a credit as it was not fit for purpose. I was told for goodness sake it’s $1.80 to which I replied it’s the principle. So given that some one did as I did but was sold 12 and not 1 they get to keep the money and the customer has no product.What is the use of a credit when I do not require any tiles. They are made in England and the size varies I was told. Truely I do not care where they are made, the fact is I had a sample and to be told it was up to me to measure and check that is was correct is rather irritating. Especially as I was told this is it.I was polite during the whole procedure however to be told I am not going to argue with you and you will not get a refund and a store credit only so that is it, is rather frustrating.SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had a wonderful experience dealing with the NP Tile Warehouse. Nothing was to much trouble and the staff were always helpful.

If I could give 0 I would. Tiles are beautiful but service is disgusting. The lady was rude and obnoxious to deal with after paying. Will not be supporting their business again.

Highly recommend, great to deal with. We are very happy with our tiles and the tiling job done.
