Officially the 5th time the Smallridge family have used Betts over the last 45 years, but none quite as tragic as this one.Under these circumstances, I cannot speak highly enough about the service we have received particularly from Julian. What a beautiful soul of a man. Thank you Julian, your willingness to go above and beyond at the worst time of my life will never be forgotten, meeting after hours, assisting my parents to the crematorium & all the intricacies of my requests - without hesitation.The urn is everything I wanted it to be, just beautiful, everything my beautiful sister deserves.Our celebrant Jo was a perfect match. How fabulous to have such a warm hearted team, delivering a beautiful service for us and we still have the finishing touches on cremation jewellery and keepsakes to go.Thank you so much for being so accomodating, your patience with me has been saintly.I never WANT to use your services again, but if I do have to, it will absolutely be without hesitation.

I had never had to arrange a funeral before my mother died. I cannot speak highly enough about the way Betts staff led us gently through all the decisions that needed to be made. There was a calmness and kindness in the place, and with each a staff member, that was supportive for us as a family . So grateful to them all.
