The Hot Water Company - Emergency Repairs & Replacements

Saturday night we had no hot water. Called the Hot water company Monday morning and we had hot water that night. Quick and efficient service would highly recommend.

The Hot water Company were truly awesome with their response time and installation. We knew our 25 year old cylinder was on its last legs. One morning we woke up, and our cylinder had died...hot water GONE! So we jumped on google at 0658 emailing everyone we could, you don't appreciate how good hot water is until it's gone. I just want to say thank you very much for the tips and tricks to unjam the insinkerator on your website. They are easy to follow and safe for me to remove a partial date seed that is stuck between the blades. I am able to free the wrench as described in your steps and the seed is now gone.As a result of your kindness and generosity in sharing knowledge and information, I feel very happy with this achievement, not because of saving costs, but being able to read, understand how the insinkerator works and resolve the problem myself. I am very grateful.From now on, I am more mindful of what are the harmful items to the insinkerator and to take care of the insinkerator.

Terrific company to deal with. Leishae was extremely helpful and patient answering all of my queries and concerns. Plumber and electrician both turned up promptly and on time. Had a new HWC installed. Communication and service from sales team was good but workmanship was a bit disappointing. Had to be called back multiple times to rectify small issues.

Very poor service. We had new HWC installed exactly two weeks before ftom this company. . We were not able to check the flow of hot water immediately as it takes nearly 4 hours to heat up. Hot water flow is reslly slow. Tried repeatedly texting and calling them for last two weeks to come and check for slow hot water flow but no response from them. Totally disappointed after paying such huge amount and there is such poor response. Registering here publicly, atleast after seeing this they come back to fix thr issue.

Outstanding communication (even on a Saturday morning), with installation team turning up right on time on the Monday, as promised, removal was very difficult but they did everything they could to make it work, carpentary skill, plumbing skill, prescription of a better alternative cylinder to squeeze into a difficult space. Eletrical team rolled in straight after and sorted out the convoluted wiring situation. Perfect team, perfect service. 100% love this company!!!!
