The entry is not friendly with people with disabilities and/or baby stroller. The place for bikes is on the pedestrian way so, you will need to walk on cars area to be able to pass through.

Website glitches. Takes your money, and it looks like you haven't submitted an order. Check bank account before resubmitting. No text confirmation nor email. Called, and there was no record of order.Then you have to contact Australia to get your money back. Now, I am waiting for a response from Australia Bunnings. Hopefully I get my product or refund sooner than later. Will update the outcome when it happensTook a week however money was taken off hold and paid back to my account

bunnings. ive never caught a snag here im sorry to say. for being in the city i am often surprised at how well stocked they are. its so close to my house. i like going here. the people are nice, one time this guy gave me a cigarette and lit it for me. ive never been able to find where they keep the guns but ill keep looking. one day i will find them. i have a large beaver in my back yard that keeps building a dam on my door so i frequently get stuck inside until i can call for help

I'm writing this because I came in one time and was approached by one of the staff, they were so lovely and kind, olive skin with dark hair and glasses. However, I didn't realize at the time but I interrupted them when they were asking us how our browse was going and I completely cut them off saying that we'd just got there. I am so sorry, staff has hela good vibes and I hope that staff member didn't take it personally, thank you for being so kind!

A convenient hardware store in the middle of Wellington city. Shop has a good selection of battery tools, basic plumbing and electrical items. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Staff shortages over the last couple of months have meant waiting around trying to find someone to help. After finding a staff member I found that they were not trained sufficiently to run the paint department. From now on I will drive to the Lyall Bay branch.

Severely understaffed and those there weren't helpful. Long queues of people waiting to be served or answer queries. My mission was 50%successful. At least the car parking is free outside.
