We purchased a car here about 12 months ago, Malcom was great to deal with.We received a handy reminder that our WOF was due and after a horrendous experience and complete lack of service at VTNZ with our other vehicle we decided to give them a go.Our vehicles were both inspected in about the same time as I was forced to wait at VTNZ and having to leave without inspection being done due to work commitments.Our older vehicle required some work to bring it up to WOF standard and the team at Taylormade completed the work in a very timely manner with the repairs costing less than I had expected.I highly recommend this company and would give more stars for this review but unfortunately 5 is the limit.

I tried numerous dealers then decided to go with Taylor Made motors as Malcolm (their sales guy) was a lot more informative about the Mazda CX5 I was looking to purchase. He was also proactive, not pushy, to deal with. I got a competitive price and the car was well groomed when I picked it up. Would definitely recommend them as a top, honest dealer to use.

Excellent dealer to buy from. We purchased an imported Dualis that was competitively priced and in a good state. Communication about the vehicle being available and some follow-up work was excellent. After sales support was excellent, and they sourced us a second smart key and fixed the band expander when it wasn't working without any hesitation. Would recommend Malcolm and the team.

Our family purchased a new LDV D90 from Taylor Made in 2022. The staff were really friendly, kind and helpful, and we really liked the vehicle. We paid $37,490 for the LDV and were told it would 'hold it's value', but 6 months later when trying to trade-in for another vehicle, were offered about $28k by Taylor Made. A couple of months later the LDV was impossible to sell, no dealer in Dunedin wanted it so we sold to an Auckland Dealer, losing $13k in just 9 months. Taylor Made did offer to sell the LDV on our behalf even though they could not purchase it, an offer we did not take up. A very hard experience to go through that left us in a very tough position.

Did find them to be good to deal with not pushie, they are gave me a call as said and was happy with my decision, explaining my situation and they are happy to wait for me to come see them at my time .

I had an issue with my car and when my usual car service couldn't fit me in for a fortnight I called Taylormade motors and they had my car in and out within a couple of days with a hybrid to nip about in while I waited. Super happy, cars running at 100% now. Thanks team.
