Vinny's workshop is awesome...highly recommended...I went to Vinny's workshop for WOF and my car needs headlight adjustments and need to adjust parking brake but they fixed it for free...I just paid for WOF fee only. These people are very helpful and friendly...Thank you so much again Vinny's workshop...

Vinny,s took care Of my wof then this week replaced my rear brake pads. Service was top notch very friendly and efficientThey will be my garage of choice going forward.

Worst place ive ever been for a wof will never go back again. Told me my park light was out & the spoiler was not secure. The park light was working perfectly fine & i had taken the car to an auto body repair shop to suss the spoiler. They told me theres nothing wrong with it & that the spoiler was bolted in so it would never come off, i then discussed this issue with the guy that done my wof & he told me that its not secure we cant pass you. I took the car to a different place to get a wof & the car passed.

I had the unfortunate situation where I broke down outside Rotorua. As I had AA Membership I chose to be towed to an AA garage, Vinnies. My cooling system needed to be replaced and as this is under the dashboard it was a BIG job. Vinnie and his team went all out, firstly sourcing the part then installing the part within 2 days. This was a stressful situation for me made easy by Vinnie, Ruby and the team. I certainly recommend using this new business you will be pleased you did.

Such prompt service, the man who helped us was very knowledgeable and got us back on holiday in no time! Also had good prices, so wouldn't break the bank.

Well done to your front team for going above and beyond but I am sorry to say that your back team is useless. We were never advised that car will not make to Wellington. If you knew it wont make to wellington them why did you not fix in 3 weeks. But the other machenic found the fault and fixed it in 1 week. Don't try to cover your laziness with saying 3 people were dealing with you. 3 people had to get involved because you did not do your job properly.Dont waste your money and time. Don't go there. They Kept my car for 3 weeks charged me $750 and still have the same problem . I was advised that diagnosis has been done and could not find any fault. I drove it for 30 minutes and same problem happened. I had to tow my car back to Rotorua. I had to catch the bus with my husband and 2 years old son at 11pm to wellington.Then we took it to Toyota. I got call from Toyota after 30 minutes of diagnosis that it has faulty water pump. I dont want someone else to go through what I had to.
