I would say it's only good.. bathroom bath leaks downstairs into other bathroom and having to constantly clean it up and it drips out the light very unsafe. Cant get wifi at all in the unit we staying in they need wifiextenders to help with that. This place has great potential but needs more loving. Staff are nice especially steven great kind person

Stay was OK.My advice.... If arriving late, go pay and get your key before reception closes and make sure you ask for milk to be left in your fridge... Might seem a small point, but after a long day it's important to have a hot drink. There isn't a diary nearby... I walked both directions for up to 10mins... Waitomo petrol is 5 mins walk but smallest is 2 litres or a hot coffee... Which when your exhausted isn't really what you want to do... Or get back in car and drive somewhere..So just ask... And they will do it... No problem...I raised it with them and they are happy to adjust their processes from now..Just a heads up for anyone expecting the sameWould consider booking again there if I had too..Parking is tight, but there is a group of parks less tight at rear so no issue.If you are an ev car I couldn't see anywhere to plug in

Nice and comfortable place to stay. The staff was friendly.Downside:1.Found a long black hair in the toilet area as well as an eyeglass. So housekeeping needs to be more attentive to details.2. Parking was so tight.

3 people downstairs. 1 x small milk. Crockery/utensils for 2. Beds firm. No instructions on how to use TV (can't see decoder BEHIND TV on wall) dog roaming on premises (think next unit owns it) friendly pigeons. Stroll in then stroll out. Quiet. Apart from upstairs, creaking floors

The worst motel ever. Would not consider in the future.1) room was dusty and gross. People in the next room yelling all night long. Could not sleep well. I asked for another room but the reception said all rooms were occupied.2) TV was not functioning at all.3) guests downstairs were rude.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, warm welcomed! Great location very close to restaurants and shops. The WIFI is super fast that my doughter loves it. Recommend!

For the lady in the office, thank you for trying to accomidate.....you were brilliant.As for the manager, you should be fired mate...to speak to a client like you did last night, not sure how you keep your job...we arrived on site and were happily welcomed but seeing the room...it was horrible, moved the bed away to make a big bed for my kids and dog hare...night crawlers everything under the bed...i have taken pictures as this is not as H&S regulations....opened up the bed to lay down my 8 month old baby and $%#%#%#^ mate there was dog hare in my bed....i would not recommend this place infact i will contact heath department to investigate. Good luck......

Clean room that was spacious enough for 3, for a 2 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located reasonable walking distance from Newmarket Westfield Mall. Unfortunately there were a few minor let downs. The nights of our visit were incredibly hot and air con would have been welcome (fan provided helped a little) Our unit was on the ground floor and upstairs visitors were quite noisy through the night. Teen daughters single bed was incredibly uncomfortable and that would probably put me off booking again.

The staff here were very pleasant and even went as far as organising a portable cot for my son and it had an easy location accessible to many shops. However, the bathroom in my room was INCREDIBLY dirty with visible built up dirt on the floor. The room was also extremely noisy, it appears that the owners live above the guest rooms and are obviously not aware that when they are walking around and talking at 11pm at night and when they wake up at 5am, that it is impossible to sleep down below.
