Suspect company.I contacted one company that was not this company and some guy showed up did t express himself as a representative of the company I hired. Then I receive an invoice from this nz carpet cleaning.When phoning to ask about it I was abused over the phone. Never use this company

These guys successfully dealt with our carpet flooding problem quickly and efficiently, communicated well throughout the whole lengthy ( 5 day) process and handled a relatively minor equipment failure without fuss and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone who has a carpet flood.
