A 10/10 service! I was allowed to drop off my MacBook just as they closed as they understood the urgency at which I needed my MacBook fixed as a uni student with an assignment due within 48 hours. Pricing (especially as a student) is fantastic—such a helpful operation with such friendly people.

First class service. I dropped my machine off at 2pm on the Friday - it was Waitangi weekend so I did not expect to hear anything until the following Tuesday. I got a text saying I could pick it up at 10.30am on the monday morning.Highly recommend these guys, my mac is purring again

Can't recommend enough.Dropped off during level 3, COVID protocols followed excellently, laptop was looked at and ready to pick up later that day.Excellent communication throughout process of organising drop off, diagnosing issue, and pickup.Zuber is a good dude.

Amazingly quick service and on a Saturday. Got it back 5pm Sunday. So good at communication and really cared to make sure I could get my work done on the Monday. The best!
