The procedure leaving the flight and going through formalities at the airport due to Covid was frustrating and laborious and took an exceptionally longer time than normal. However we were met by our driver who was very understanding polite and helpful and that helped change our mood. Thank you Brightlane. Great job and we’ll definitely use your services again

I booked a return journey with Brightlane to take us to Eden Park from West Auckland. The booking process was very simple and communication was great all the way through. The drivers on both trips were polite and friendly and the cars were spotless. The complementary water and wifi was a nice touch too. Will definitely use them for future trips and have no problem recommending them based on my experience.

It was really good service we had, one of the example we would share as me and my family were coming back from overseas and our plane was late already along with the flight we had some customs clearance and that too went for a longer time then expected. Still the person was there for us to pick up and we were dropped off at our destination with the friendly smile and helpful service with the baggage. It was awesome. Thank you so much for your help and support. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Highly recommend Brightlane for luxury transport. They moved several people on varied schedules and over several days, for our local and international guests visiting NZ. They did a fantastic job of accommodating late changes and vehicle size changes. Very polished and professional service.

We had the most delightful experience in New Zealand with Brightlane. Their service was exceptional, courteous, professional, and friendly. The best part was the excellent communication from beginning to end. The drivers were always on time and the vehicles were spotless. We used this company for airport transfers and for a 2 day tour of the north island. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone visiting New Zealand.

I want to extend my thanks to the Brightlane team on such a great job managing the transfers of the Board of Directors of my company during their stay in New Zealand recently. Brightlane provided us a safe and comfortable private transport service. They are experienced with corporate and celebrities transfer in New Zealand and have a fleet of luxury cars for many other different occasions and needs. Very reasonable pricing and in fact the most honest among the many quotes I received. Prompt response and very professional with schedules and punctuality. Special thanks to Sayed and Mike for being our chauffeurs for our Auckland/Rotorua trip, their patience and courteous customer care is much appreciated.
