Went into the Mount Maunganui store today and was not greeted we were ignored. The couple who walked in 2 mins after us were greeted and offered assistance but we were not.

Incredible customer service. We couldn’t find the togs in the size we wanted in store so the lovely staff had them sent directly to our house and they arrived in less than 48hours! I am so impressed about how much they cared that we received the exact size and colourway we wanted. Thank you!!!

Ordering from Australia and during the COVID pandemic came with multiple challenges and setbacks, but the Little Trooper Online team were great with providing email updates throughout the order to delivery timeframe (which commenced late April and concluded late July 2020). They really went above and beyond to ensure I got my order in time for my newborn’s arrival. A perfect example of excellent customer service.
