I took my lap top in to fix a problem I was having with the cursor. Not only did he not fix the problem, he created other problems. The he charged me for doing a whole pile of things I didn't ask him to do. When I went back, he was arrogant and said he couldn't help me, while at the same time refusing to give e any money back. He just didn't seem to know what he was doing. NEVER EVER GO THERE!
