Brought a car from here and their service was okay i was happy until a few weeks later, i was driving the car i went to turn a corner and the brakes failed, i looked down at the pedals and i was frantically pushing them then i looked up and i crashed it. the brake pads and calibers were all over the road shattered i was so shaken up when i was calling my father my hands were shaking miserably, i explained the whole situation to him and he said try to get it home asap so i did i drove 30ks with the hazard light's on. the brakes were gone the parking brake was stuck on and the car was making a horrible noise luckily the accident wasnt too far from home, the next day when the dealership were open we explained the situation they didn't seem to worried for my safety, then i waited two days for the owner to get back me. he got a tow truck to pick the car up and it's bren at a panel beater shop as of recently, was at a tire and auto shop before that and the panel beater shop, they have told us the brake pads were already damaged and worn out hence why they shattered when i was only going about 40-50 kph. when i made a review a few weeks ago as soon as I posed it, i had the owner calling my father threatening to lie to the insurance company so they wouldn't accept my claim. Unfortunately i can't let this slide and the owner didn't care that i could have been injured, please for your own safety do not come here I've done alot of research and they have a history of doing this. So like i said for your own safety do not come here.

So I brought my car in may and they didn't change ownership. Even though I filled out paperwork. Come Dec I'm wondering why my rego hadn't arrived in the mail. Nice of them to pass on the letter they must have gotten. Not impressed.

Outstanding customer service. Andrew and his team were amazing and such a help to us in what has been a very difficult time. They went above and beyond and I will definitely be back in the future for our next teens car.
