Normally I'm happy with their products and service when their manager Nigel is around, Today he was on holiday, though, and the person filling in didn't feel like doing proper math and overcharged me by $10 for my bark and garden mix purchase. When I started asking about that, he got defensive, so I decided to let it go. Also, there were many small rocks in the decorative bark today, a lot more than usual. Dropping my rating down to 3 stars for now. Maybe delay visiting until Nigel is back in early 2023, or ring ahead and ask if he's in.
