I love it here! I'm not a hair aficionado, but Mel is always willing to suggest looks, hair care and go the extra little bit to make sure you come out happy. The Spot is quaint and welcoming and seems to offer a great range of services.Mel is always upbeat and great to have a follow up conversation with; I honestly have no idea how she can keep up with so many topics from so many clients.I know getting a great hairdresser is a very personal thing, but I'd seriously suggest you try those place out.

Great service and awesome, friendly staff. I went from (box) dark brown to blonde in 1 session, and I'm loving my cut and colour. Very affordable for Auckland too.

First time got a haircut here. Mel was absolutely great, patiently listened to my hair woes and gave suggestions on how to manage it better. I love my haircut. The first hair wash post the haircut is always a moment of truth and I am very very happy with the result. Thanks Mel!
