Normally have great things to say about this place but tonight was different. I asked the guy if he had any hot meals and he said no even though I could clearly see pies and hotdogs just sitting there in the warmer. So I called him out and he claimed that they were frozen? So I asked him if he could heat it up in the microwave but he claimed that they didn’t have one. Which is once again not true because I’m a local, I’ve come here multiple times, I’ve had my ‘frozen’ meals heated up in the microwave before. Lovely guy serving me but just wish you microwaved a simple meal

The staff who are on during the day are great but the gentleman who did the night shift on New Year’s Eve has no customer service skills whatsoever! That’s all it takes for me to never buy anything from your site.

If I could I'd rate no stars. Sat at the pump for ages waiting for the lady to turn it on then ended up going inside to ask her along with 2 others also waiting. Once inside was advised to hang pump up which I did then nothing for another 4 mins decided that was enough so left and went elsewhere. This is by no means the first time this has happened at mobil

One of my favourites. Entrances from 2 streets make it easy to access, friendly staff. Only disadvantage is no Paywave scanners at the pumps (have to insert credit/loyalty card).

Good petrol,good service ,but have issue with Head office making the pumps Bilingual, unneeded and offensive to the 85% majority.Everyone speaks English ,put your efforts into something that matters .

New staff aren't trained very well. I've been there twice in the past month and have had to go in both times to ask the staff to push a pinging button to unlock a pump. This after I gave them ample time to do so. Never had to wait around like this before. Will not be using this station again.

My gaslight just turned on leaving Thornton quay gym so I come here to get 20$ gas omw home and my gaslight is still on ,gas is rip or possibly faulty pump ,only come here if your rich
