I registered with Ryan + Alexander for contract work and Lynda’s professionalism and excellent communication skills were outstanding. Lynda organised a placement which exceeded my expectations. She instinctively understands her candidates’ and clients’ requirements and makes great pairings. Lynda has all the necessary skills and attributes necessary for a recruitment consultant, and then some, and I’m excited to work with her again on my next placement.

When I first moved to Tauranga, I had sent my CV into almost every recruiter in the Bay or Plenty Area. With many extremely unhelpful recruiters in the area I stumbled upon Ryan + Alexander. After immediately submitting my resume, Lynda got in contact with me. She was so caring and understanding throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy, and it felt as though I wasn't just another client to her. She has great communication and strong values to put you in a position that you will succeed in. I wouldn't waste we my time with such a lazy employee that works for this agency who didn't treaty my wife with respect and curtesy bu calling her back and promising to contact her and not bothering to do that. Shame on you !
