They were the only roofer to respond to my calls during the Christmas/new year holiday period. I found they came to quote and also to do the repair work when they said they would. They were prompt and efficient….unlike the insurance company, who were paying for the work to be done.

Aggressive and intimidating driving on the motorway. Weaving and tailgating then pulling the fingers. If this is the sort of aggression they show in a sign written vehicle they are not the sort of company I want to use. Do better.

The service was ok. I'm all good with the technician.However! The boss (or manager) was so rude. I was asking for a short description of what happened to my roof, and then to talk to my insurer. The technician kindly did it quickly. But the boss didn't want to send it to me at all (I still don't know why). He refused to respond to my email, hung up my calls, ignored my texts.Overall speaking, bad experience. Would never come back to them again.

Needed some roof repairs after the recent storms. I tried a number of other companies including one I used earlier but they were all booked out. Mac from Dasey roofing had time for an inspection and booked a job in for the following day. The job (replacing lead flashings) was done promptly and well. Very happy with the job done. Mac stayed in contact throughout the process and provided updates.
