CarbonSix Distillery is a custom craft contract brewer of adult beverages from whiskey to vodka to gin and beyond!Tasting is always yum yum swillingly brilliant and open to the public most days business days. Give them a ring to make sure they’re open to welcome you and your party to do a bit of testing delight!

What a gem! Been going to my local hairdresser(next door) to CarbonSix and didn't realise they were a distillery. After my hair was done. Nipped next door to have a nose. WOW!! Came out with 3 bottles of gin.

We had such an awesome experience. Two couples sitting at the bar with expert distiller, Val, lots of humour and education on the distillery of gin, vodka, tequila, and rum. A tour of the distillery warehouse, and plenty of epic botanic‘s to enjoy. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience, and highly recommend!Five stars! ⭐️

Might be ok but ring ahead. We travelled from Auckland CBD because google search showed it was open on Sunday between 11am to 10pm only to spend money on ferry and uber and find a locked door and an owner not even in Auckland. Nice one.

Don't expect a fancy pants cellar door. Just a couple of dudes brewing some special tipples and happy to talk about it. While the gins were spectacular, I have to make a special mention of this spiced rum. Smooth like honey and an absolute delight to drink.
